SouthTech Adds New Team Members in Key Roles

Adds New Marketing Coordinator, Support Specialist, and Service Coordinator 

SouthTech, the premier technology service provider of Southwest Florida, kicked off 2022 by hiring new team members across several areas of the company. As SouthTech continues to grow, additional resources are needed in key areas. Michael Carbone joins the team as a Systems Support Specialist, working on the Client Care team to offer 24/7 remote support to SouthTech clients facing technical issues. Christina Augustine joins the Business Development & Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator, assisting with event coordination, campaign planning, and more. Prior to joining the SouthTech team, Augustine worked as a Marketing Assistant for an international airline sales company. Ciara Santiago joins the team as a Service Coordinator, working with Client Care team leads to assign service tickets to the proper resources. Santiago has previous experience working with other managed service providers and is a valuable addition to the team.  

Each of these new team members has an important role to play in the overall SouthTech client experience.
