SouthTech Collects 16,586 Pounds of Electronics at the Data Dump

Celebrates Halloween with a High Collection Amount  

The total weight of all electronic devices collected during the Data Dump that took place on Friday, October 29th was 16,586 pounds of recyclable material. This is one of the highest collection totals from one single Data Dump event, though it does not break the collection record. SouthTech would like to thank all who participated, including the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce for co-hosting, and Quicksilver Recycling Services for their collection services.  The team would also like to thank all of the clients and members of the community who took time out of their day to stop by and safely dispose of their unwanted devices.
