SouthTech Hires New Service Coordinator

Welcomes Saga Williams to the IMAC Team

(June 5, 2019) Sarasota, FL – SouthTech, a premier provider of managed technology services, recently hired Saga Williams. She joins the organizations as an IMAC Service Coordinator, with IMAC standing for Install, Move, Add, and Change. It is a catch-call term for making changes to computers and other technical assets, often involving on-site visits by SouthTech technicians to client offices. In her new role, Williams will be responsible for dispatching SouthTech team members to client sites for just such services, scheduling pickups and drop-offs, installations, etc., and gathering the information necessary to ensure a smooth service completion. Originally from Helsinki, Finland, Williams has lived in Florida for the past 20 years.

Outside of work, Williams is an art enthusiast. She paints, crafts, and reads up on both history and art history. She is fluent in Finnish. Three of her daughters live with her here in Florida; one is a marine biologist and the other two study animation.
