We have been extremely happy with SouthTech. Employees are happy because SouthTech can remote into their computers now, which helps them be more productive and effective caregivers. We have a dedicated representative who is directly responsible for all our locations. Whenever I call or text him, I always get a prompt response. Once, one of our offices lost power briefly, and when it came back on, we couldn’t access WiFi or get online at all, and our office phones were down. SouthTech was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and they sent a technician out to resolve the issue, which meant we didn’t have to cancel any patient appointments. We know we can call them at any time, with whatever problems we have, and they just solve them.
